Leyland Lancashire
He was the son of William James and Mary Jane (later Cottam) Procter and the brother of Mary, Moses and Fred Procter. In 1911 they lived at 53 Clifford Street Chorley Lancashire. He was the husband of Ada (née Pilkington) Procter and the father of Ada and Lily Procter.
In 1911 he was a carter.
