Bertie Henry Taylor was the son of Stephen Taylor and Ann Weightman who married at Nottingham in 1896. Their children included: Bertie Henry (b.1897), Ida Eveline (b.1900), Lizzie (b.1902), Frank (b.1907), Annie Isabella (b.1908) and Claude (b.1910). The Taylor family lived at: 81 Miall Street, Radford [Radford All Souls Church christening of Bertie Henry in 1897]; 22 Guthrie Street, Radford [C.1901]; 36 Bright Street, Radford [C.1911]. Stephen Taylor, who worked for Nottingham Corporation asa labourer, died in the Basford registration district in 1940, aged 65. It is not clear when his wife, Ann, died. .
