His father William was born in 1848 at Clacton on Sea, his mother Mary Ann Bartlett was born in 1852 in London, they were married in 1875, their marriage was recorded in the Islington Registration District, London, they went to the have the following children, William George b1878 Hackney, Henry Herbert b1883 Clerkenwell, Frank James b1887 Clerkenwell, George Ernest b1889 Clerkenwell, Maud b1880 Clerkenwell and Florence Beatrice b1886 Dalston, London. In the 1911 census the family are living at Clacton Villas 109 Rosemary Road, Clacton on Sea and are shown as William 63 yrs an assistant fishmonger, he is living with his wife Mary Ann 59 yrs and their children, William George 33 yrs a printer compositor, Henry Herbert 28 yrs a barman, Frank James a cheesemongers assistant, George Ernest a butcher, Maud 31 yrs no occupation listed and Florence Beatrice 25 yrs no occupation listed.
In 1911 he is a cheesemongers assistant.

Worcester Yeomanry (The Queen's Own Worcestershire Hussars)
Private Frank James Page enlisted at London whilst residing at Clacton on Sea, he served with the 1/1st battalion Worcestershire Yeomanry and died in Palestine on 26th October 1918. He is buried in Beirut War Cemetery, Lebanon, grave reference 258.
