He was the son of John and Phoebe Price and the brother of John and Albert Price. In 1911 they lived at 13 Sycamore Road, Nottingham.
In 1911 he was a Levers lace warehouse man.

He enlisted 26/1/1915 and arrived in France 8/8/1915. He was discharged 15/9/1916 (sickness) and died at Nottingham O/N/D/1918. He was awarded a Silver War Badge (64375). No CWGC or UKSWD records
