Ivan Stanley Hutchinson was the son of Iven/Ivan [William] Hutchinson and Ellen Sandell who married at Nottingham in 1891. Their children included: Percy Woodvine (b.1892), Ivan Stanley (b.1896) and Violet Madekine (b.1902). The family lived at: 2 Forster Avenue, Radford [C.1891]; 8 Brixton Road Radford [C.1911]; 10 Coleridge Street, Radford [CWGC]. William Hutchinson listed his occupation in the 1901 census as ironfounders engineer’s labourer, but by 1911 he had become a joiner. Ivan Hutchinson died at Nottingham, aged 73, in 1938. His wife, Ellen, died at Nottingham, aged 89, in 1955.
