William Wood

William Wood (junior) was born in 1892 the son of William Wood (senior) a gardener and Ann Wood née Ball of Querneby Road, Mapperley . William Wood (senior) was born in 1849 at St Ann's, Nottingham, Ann Ball was born in 1850 at Chesterfield, they were married in 1870 at Nottingham and went on to have 9 children, sadly 3 died in infancy or early childhood, His siblings were Edward b1870, Mary Ann 1874, Sarah b1880, Clara b1882, Charles b1885, In 1911, the family lived at 170 Querneby Road, Mapperley, Nottingham.
