His probate was proven in Nottingham on 1st July 1919 , which states , Percy Huskinson Forrest of 88 Holme Road, West Bridgford , Second Lieutenant in HM Army died on 21st March 1918 at Roussoy near Peronne, France, his effects of £475 12 shillings and 5 pence were awarded to his father Harry Forrest, solicitors managing clerk.
