Tom Harber

He was the son Arthur (died 1906) and Annie Harber and the brother of Arthur Godfrey Harber. In 1911 they lived at 23 Rutland Street Nottingham with Annie's family. She later lived at 5 Collins Yard Smith Street Radford Nottingham.
