This memorial is in the churchyard of All Saints Church, Fackley Road, Stanton Hill, Nottinghamshire. The memorial, a granite cross, was unveiled by Lieutenant-Colonel Foljambe and dedicated on 14 August 1920. The memorial is a Listed Building, Grade IIThe memorial also commemorates eight parishioners who died in the Second World War. Inscription: 'Erected to the memory of the sailors and soldiers of Stanton Hill who laid down their lives in the Great War 1914-19 (names)'. An additional inscription reads, 'O valiant hearts who to your glory came through dust of conflict and through battle flame, tranquil you lie, your knightly virtue proved, your memory hallowed in the land you loved. 1939-45 (names)'. The memorial is Grade II listed.
