St Bartholomew, Bluebell Hill Road, St Ann's, Nottingham. The church opened in 1902 and was demolished c1971. A Roll of Honour was deposited in Nottinghamshire Archives (ref PR 20,510) in 1983. At the front of book, in illuminated script, is the inscription: 'Dedicated to the Glory of God as a record the Church, that here its Benefactors and Gifts and those who served from the Congregation and Parish in the Great War August 4th 1914- November 11th 1918 may always abide in perpetual remembrance.' The Book of Remembrance was by William G Flook, dated 23 January 1921. A pulpit was also given by the congregation in memory of the fallen; it was made of oak from Mirfield parish church, a gift of the vicar of Mirfield, Rev C A Boden, the first assistant priest of St Bartholomew’s. The ROH and pulpit were dedicated by the Bishop of Southwell Diocese on 24 April 1921. The whereabouts of the pulpit is not known.
