Brass plaque. Memorial originally in Chelsea Street Baptist Church, Chelsea Street, Basford. Church closed 1937 and the congregation moved to Nottingham Road, Basford, where the church was named 'Chelsea Baptist Church', later becoming the 'New Basford Baptist Church', The church amalgamated with Whitemoor Baptist Church, to became 'The New Whitemoor Baptist Church' which retained the Whitemoor Baptist Church on Whitemoor Road, Basford. The memorial was relocated to The New Whitemoor Baptist Church.
