St Mary's Church, Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire, NG21 9QA. The memorial is the chapel which was restored in memory of those who died. A tablet in the chapel records the gift: 'This chapel was restored to the Glory of God and in proud memory of the men of Edwinstowe, Clipstone and Carburton who fell in the Great War 1914-1918 (names). The tablet was unveiled on 15 April 1921 by the Rev. Frank Cecil Day-Lewis (father of the Poet Laureate, C Day-Lewis) and the Vicar of Worksop and Rural Dean, Rev GJA D'Arcy.
